About Eric
I’m Eric Reiche, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR). As someone who is queer, neurodivergent, and living with a chronic illness, I understand how important it is to feel truly seen and supported. I bring both my professional training and lived experience into the therapy room, creating a space where you can explore, express, and grow at your own pace.
My approach blends traditional talk therapy with creative modalities like art therapy, narrative therapy, and even elements of theater. I also draw from trauma-focused CBT, Adlerian theory, shadow work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Socratic questioning. Together, we can explore what feels most helpful for you — whether that means making sense of your inner world, finding new ways to cope, or working toward greater self-understanding.
I specialize in supporting transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals, as well as those navigating trauma, anxiety, and addiction recovery. In both individual sessions and groups, my goal is to empower you to take the lead in your healing, trusting that you know yourself best.
