About DaVona
Greetings, I'm DaVona Pacley, honored to serve as the Public Steward Associate with Journey. Over the span of 15 years, I've cultivated a diverse background in community engagement, spanning both the retail industry and public sectors, with a particular emphasis on behavioral and mental health initiatives. My unwavering commitment to addressing the multifaceted needs of communities has driven me to create and support programs aimed at enhancing overall well-being and fostering inclusivity.
In my role with Journey, I am dedicated to advancing the mission of Journey to a Trauma Informed Life. I pledge to contribute my expertise to current and forthcoming programs and initiatives, while also sharing the inspiring narrative and impactful endeavors of Journey with the wider public.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, I am a Certified Birth, Postpartum, and Bereavement Doula, as well as a Reiki practitioner and meditation instructor. Through my holistic business, Flow Freely LLC, located in Erie, I provide doula support, Reiki energy healing, and meditation services.
Outside of my professional commitments, I find solace in exploring local restaurants, immersing myself in Erie's vibrant arts scene, and cherishing moments with loved ones. Engaging in meaningful conversations, indulging in music, travel, and occasional cooking sessions are among the simple pleasures that bring richness to my life.
